Our Commitment
OUR COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY
The Foundation for Health, a non-profit charitable organization based in Lead-Deadwood, South Dakota, offers opportunities to our community with health, safety, and personal needs. Our funds support our monument health Lead-Deadwood hospital and clinic with support of its mission in provision of local healthcare in ways such as the Physical Therapy Department or Emergency Services. Our funds support community safety such as helmets for our local school district snow sports program. We also support assisted access by donation of a wheelchair to our Days of 76 Museum.
OUR COMMITMENT TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS
A medical illness can be devastating, both physically, financially, and emotionally. The Foundation for Health offers financial assistance to individuals and families who need help with needs that accompany a medical crisis. Through application approval, The Foundation for Health offers support for prevention, diagnosis, treatments, and transportation amongst other things to persons with illness.
